Looking at your phone in the woods is weak sauce… until it becomes one of the best tools for observing and deepening connection with our plant and animal family members. 🤳🌿

@inaturalistorg is the bomb dot com. As part of my Vermont Master Naturalist graduation project I’m helping get the word out on The Internet about tools and resources folks can use to learn about the nature that surrounds them.

You don’t even have to go to the woods y’all! I’ve been using the app to identify city trees during my walks downtown and plants in my backyard.

Go forth and identify! It’s so fun to learn things’ names! The data helps scientists and conservationists, too.
